In order to comply with the church's policy to protect our vulnerable persons, all adult volunteers (age 18 and older) who are involved with seniors over age 65, youth and children are required to obtain police checks.
For those who did not have a Police Information Check in the last 3 years, please obtain an application form from the church office.
Deadline is September 29, 2013.
There will be a booth at the main lobby to accept the forms after each worship service.
