A project by Samaritan’s Purse.
Please pick up a shoebox in the foyer and return filled shoeboxes by November 24.
Alternatively, pack your shoeboxes ONLINE by clicking HERE!
Operation Christmas Child brings joy and hope to children in desperate situations around the world through gift-filled shoe boxes and the message of God’s unconditional love. This provides an opportunity for people of all ages to be involved in a simple, hands-on project of Samaritan's Purse that focuses on the true meaning of Christmas -Jesus Christ - God's greatest gift.
To date, Operation Christmas Child has collected and distributed over 100 million shoebox gifts worldwide. In 2012, Canadians donated more than 662,000 Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes for hurting children around the world.
Please pray and participate in this project – pack a shoebox and make donation, to put Bible’s teaching “It is more blessed to give than to receive.” into action. Please pick up a shoebox in the foyer and a pamphlet outlining what to include in the shoebox.
Return filled shoeboxes between November 3-17.
