Advanced Voting on "November 2013 Conceptual Design"

If any member is unavailable to vote on Dec. 15, they can pick up their ballot at the office from 11 AM on Dec. 8 to 12 Noon on Dec. 15 during regular office hours and cast their vote at the advance poll.

Members can read the Voting Guide which is posted outside the church office before voting.


Members vote will be sought after on whether they Agree or Disagree that:

“The ECAC membership approves the Elder Board recommendation to build a church on 199 Street based on the November 2013 conceptual design.”

The actual vote will be held on Dec. 15, 2013, from 12:40 PM to 12:55 PM.
